The New England Patriots have an early injury concern with wide receiver Stefon Diggs in the first half of the Week 16 game against the Baltimore Ravens.

It looked like Diggs hurt his shoulder and he might have been pulled for a concussion check, also.

UPDATE: Diggs has returned to the game.
Diggs is going to the medical tent to be evaluated. We believe it's a concussion evaluation, and Diggs appeared to hurt his shoulder, as well.
